About Us

Tim and Anthony have been in the restaurant business nearly 10 years and both grew up loving seafood. Their dream of creating the ultimate seafood experience started when they ate crawfish the very first time with some friends several years ago.  It is the experience of the particular flavor of eating the crawfish along with eating with other foods, and especially with a group of people enjoying the same experience.

Beginning of 2016, a vacant retail space became available next to their Pho restaurant.  At that moment, they knew it was the perfect time to start the restaurant they have wanted to do for so long.  They are excited to make their dream into reality, and Urban Crawfish officially opens in July 2016.

Tim and Anthony will share a special bond because they know good seafood, they know how to buy it, and they know how to prepare it.  Come and join us for the ultimate seafood experience.
